This year, we're being generous with what we consider to be the "Northeast." To be honest, if you're east of California, want to compete, and can make it to Ohio, you're in. For somewhat of a rough guide of what we're considering "Northeast," see the image below.
- Free and open to anyone to compete - if you can make an Aeropress, you're qualified
- You may use any roaster you'd like, but the coffee must be from Kenya, Guatemala, or Honduras.
- If you have an Aeropress, you're qualified to compete! The competition is pretty simple: best taste wins.
